Ingredients

I am proud to serve you my original recipes which are made with the best and delectable ingredients, balancing between amazing flavor and nutritional quality.

Sweeteners

Turbinado Sugar

Turbinado sugar is a healthier alternative to refined white sugar, since it is only minimally processed, so that it retains some of the molasses that is naturally present in sugar cane. Therefore, it provides some minerals and antioxidants.

Coconut Sugar

Also called coconut palm sugar, it is a natural sugar made from coconut palm sap, which is the sugary circulating fluid of the coconut plant. It retains some nutrients found in the coconut palm, such as minerals, antioxidants, and fiber. Coconut sugar has a lower glycemic index, presenting better impact on blood sugar and glucose levels.

Sugar Alcohols (Erythritol, Xylitol, Sorbitol)

Sugar alcohols are a category of sweet carbohydrates, which are partially resistant to digestion, acting like dietary fiber. Despite the “alcohol” part of the name, they do not contain any ethanol, being safe for people who misuse alcohol. Most sugar alcohols have little to no effect on blood sugar and insulin levels, so they are a healthy alternative for desserts and sweets. While they are well tolerated, when consumed in large amounts – which we do not indicate -, they may cause some digestive distress.

Fats

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is high in MCTs, a type of fat that your body metabolizes differently than most other fats, using them as a quick source of energy or turns them into ketones. The fatty acids in coconut oil can encourage the body to burn fat, and they provide quick energy to the body and brain. They also raise HDL-cholesterol in blood, which may help reduce heart disease risk.

Clarified Butter (Ghee)

Ghee is a type of clarified butter, made by heating butter to remove the water and milk solids (including lactose and casein protein) from the fat, being stable at room temperature. It is a great source of butyric acid, a short-chain fatty acid that has been linked to lower levels of inflammation and improved digestive health. Also, it is rich in conjugated linoleic acid, benefic for conditions like cancer, high cholesterol, and obesity; and vitamin A and omega-3 fatty acids. It may also help reduce gut inflammation and support heart health.

Grapeseed Oil

Grapeseed oil is a healthy alternative to vegetal oil. It contains higher level of vitamin E, which has high antioxidant properties, and has shown to contribute to the reduction of damaged cells from free radicals in the body.

Milk

Almond Milk

Almond milk is a nutritious, low-calorie drink made by grinding almonds and mixing with water. It is completely plant-based, making it suitable for vegans and other people who avoid dairy products. It is high in vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that can reduce inflammation, stress, and heart disease. It has been found to significantly benefit brain health.

Cashew Milk

Cashew milk is a non-dairy beverage alternative made from cashews and water. It has a creamy, rich consistency and is loaded with nutrients, including unsaturated fats, protein, vitamins, and minerals. It is rich in vitamin K, a nutrient vital to blood clotting. Also, it contains compounds like antioxidants and zinc that may fight inflammation and boost immunity.

Coconut Milk

Coconut milk comes from the white flesh of mature brown coconuts, having a thick consistency and a rich, creamy texture. About 93% of its calories come from fat, including saturated fats known as medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). It also contains many other nutrients, such as fiber, manganese, selenium, copper, potassium, magnesium, and iron.

Lactose Free Milk

Lactose-free milk is easier to digest for people with lactose intolerance because it contains lactase, the enzyme used to break down lactose. For those with lactose intolerance, consuming regular milk can cause digestive issues, such as abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, and belching.

Flour

Almond Flour

Almond flour comes from ground almonds and is rich in nutrients. It has high levels of vitamin E and magnesium. It provides a number of health benefits, such as lowering LDL-cholesterol levels, reducing blood sugar levels, and body weight. It is gluten free, and high in vitamin E which helps prevent oxidative stress.

Brown Rice Flour

Brown rice flour is made from the whole grain, which means that the bran and germ are preserved, and they contain most of the vitamins and minerals in the grain. It is a rich source of dietary fiber and magnesium.

Coconut Flour

Coconut flour is made from dried and ground coconut flesh. It has a diverse nutrient profile and may offer a range of health benefits. Coconut flour is packed with fiber, which may help keep your blood sugar levels in check. In addition, it provides MCTs and plant-based iron. It may have antibacterial properties, and aid digestion and weight loss.
